-They have a new condensed meeting format with take-home summaries

PSCA meeting Liaison:
Cory has volunteered to be the Liaison; he will attend the PSCA meetings and report back the news of the neighborhood. Thanks, Cory
Dogs:
Because of the problem of excessive dog feces in the park, as well as the damage done to the plants and grass, there have been some suggestions for dealing with this problem. The following topics were discussed:
-The idea of making Paolone Park “Dog prohibitive” has been brought to the table. This would need to be voted on by all residents of the 700 blocks of Sears and Medina Streets. Please attend the next Block Mtg. if you have an opinion one way or the other, as there will likely be a call to vote on this issue
-The idea of shaming those dog owners who don’t pick up their dogs poop was suggested as a method for deterring this occurrence. It was suggested we try and take a photo of those who don’t curb their dog, and post it on the telephone polls with some sort of caption like “This person doesn’t pick up after their dog”
-It was suggested that we fence off the entire park
-“Dog pellets” were suggested. Apparently there are pellets that smell bad to dogs that we could put in the planters
Any other ideas are welcome
Fencing the East End:
Aldo and Josh are looking into fencing options and funding from the city for the east end portion of the park
