South Philadelphia Older Adult Center (SPOAC), Passyunk at thingyinson
We meet the first tuesday of every month (except July & August).
The second tuesday of every month we hear zoning cases (SPOAC at 7pm)

members, Zoning issues, the Newsletter, Tree Planting for the spring... and

Also, a special guest from the Water Dept to discuss basement flooding issues.
